Order Processing Time

- Processing Timeframe: For every purchase, please allow between 0 and 2 business days for us to complete processing before shipment occurs.

Order Cancellation
You may submit a request for full refund cancellation any time prior to dispatch. To ensure swift processing, please reach us by email, phone, or live chat as soon as the decision to cancel is made. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We pack and ship with the highest diligence, yet variables beyond our control may arise.
- Damaged on Arrival: Should your shipment arrive with visible damage, we ask that you examine the products right away. Any compromised items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt at contact@leatheremirates.com. Kindly provide your order number along with clear images showing the damage to the item and to the outer packaging. This information enables us to expedite the filing of a carrier claim and to coordinate either a replacement shipment or a refund. We also request that you keep all original packaging materials for inspection.
- Lost in Transit: If your package cannot be located while en route, please reach out to our customer service. We will liaise with the shipping carrier to investigate the circumstances and to find a suitable resolution.
